It is nearly impossible to cancel a Telkom account (I even mailed hp@telkomsa directly to try and avoid posting on help peter JUST to try and be friendly). But the call center does not exist I think there is maybe 3 people working there for the whole South Africa, BUT what is so hard it to get ANY support (and this for business account, that is suppose to be quicker, beter service). We cant get this account canceled and need it canceled as the business is closed. Can somebody please just tell us what is outstanding to get it closed so we can get this over and done with please! (Yes I have phoned, did my hour holding on, and again the next day, did the mails etc.. really weird to see contact details on telkoms website for alot of stuff but NOT for cancellations at all anywhere).
