My land line was switched off on the 1st of January 2014, I called Telkom's call center on the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th of January 2014 for assistance, the call centre is constantly busy and I always wait for 10 minutes to speak to a consultant, they keep promising to send a technician out to sort out the problem but nobody comes out to assist. This has costed me plenty of time and money to get assistance from Telkom.
it is now the 7th of January and the problem still persists.
Telkom does not value their customers and does not keep to service delivery standards.
