I went into the 8ta store on the 04 Nov 2013 to cancel my data contract as we moved and there is no data coverage at my new place. They said they will contact me to come and collect the device and that my contract will be canceled. This month I was debited more than my contact amount. I then phone the call center and they said that this is a mistake on their side and and I must send them a bank statement and they will refund the account. He also said that the account is not reflecting as canceled and that I must phone to store to find out what is going on with the cancellation, but the store does not answer their phone. Case no 7117876. So not only is my account canceled but they charged me more.
