I've tried to call TELKOM to cancel my phone/ADSL line with them as I've found much cheaper rates elsewhere for ADSL/internet access. The 10210 number for residential use is accessible but as soon as you choose option 4 to cancel, you get put on hold indefinitely!
I've tried sending a message on the website with my details to cancel although I've not even received an automated message stating that my enquiry was received.
Completely fed up after being on hold for over an hour at a time, every time that I call.
