Well I moved Houses, so I canceled my ADSL DATA Account with Afrihost and it got transferred back to Telkom, then I cancelled Both ADSL Line and DATA from Telkom. 03-May I saw a Deduction on my account and enquired it over the Phone with Telkom, they then said everything has been cancelled and that they have deducted too much and will refund the Credit that I currently had.
Now another month later I get another Deduction of my account and when I enquired today, I spoke to a Gentleman called Sylvester for 18 minutes - He explained that I have two outstanding accounts and thats the Reason for the deduction. But my account was CLOSED on the 3rd of May and I received a credit, so how come there are new bills this Month?
Then I phoned again and asked a Lady if I could please speak to a Manager, she took some details and said please hold on. I held on for 20 minutes and then got a Busy dial tone - They dropped the call
This is frustrating and time wasting - Could I please get proper Help from Manager/Supervisor please?
