Ad service yet again

I did a sim swap and was told 2- 24 hours 3 days later still waiting phone the so called customer help line was very impatiently informed the sim swap was not completed by the person who helped me. Was not told when i do the sim swap i need to give the sim card nr when I PHONE TO COMPLETE AUTOPAGE'S WORK FOR THEM.
The sim swap was not a free service so why do i pay and still do the work my self!!!

Two day before i went to the same shop and with a broken toe standing with a moon boot in pain no where to sit i looked on as people walked in after me being served befor me!!!

When i spoke up and said its just good customer service to ask who was first i got huge attitude! Was not even offered a chair to sit down while i waited!!!

Yet again i resort to this platform as i get no reaction from autopage
