Shocking attitude

I cancelled my Vodacom contract about two months ago at one of the Vodacom stores in Canal Walk- requesting them to make it a pre paid number. As I used this phone for work purposes, I still need the number for internet banking etc. On 31 December 2013 I saw that the phone is saying " no Service". My husband phoned the call centre and we realised that the number was deleted from their system. I requested for it to be corrected and they assured me that it will be done by 03 Jan '14. Yesterday, it was still not corrected and my husband went into the Vodacom Store in Tygervalley. As he approached one of the employees with this problem, the employee asked him why he should assist him, as we have already cancelled the contract!! I am totally shocked by the employee's attitude. One of their other employees phoned me at work afterwards, but, it is still not sorted out.
