My phone stopped receiving any cell data, so no email, Internet etc. After some useless running around (Autopage Cresta sent me to the Cresta Samsung store, who sent me to some 3rd party cellphone shop (!!??), who suggested I go back to Autopage.
Calling Autopage head office, they said they would send a courier to collect as phone was less than 6 months old. Autopage dispatched a courier and phone was collected 9 Dec 13... and then? I have called Autopage over 20 times, up to 3 times a day, and have been passed between upgrades and repairs I don't know how many times. Promises of call backs never happened. Basically, the whereabouts of the phone is unknown.
As of today, 2 days shy of 1 month, still no further.
So what to do now?
