Poor responce

In may 2013 I agreed to a cell phone deal&contract from a third party of Vodacom called afrizon on condition that I keep my current phone number they sent a free phone with a new sim card and number I therefore cancelled the contract of which afrizon agreed and they would uplift the phone.till this daythey have not but in the meantime Vodacom has charged me the monthly payment of which I cancelled at my bank.i have also another contract with Vodacom of 75 rand top up and they combined both contracts and cut me off due to non payment.the afrizon contract gives me 135 rand airtime sent to the new number which I do not use and Vodacom does not want to transfer to my current number.i phoned customer service no yoy then went to canal walk store of Vodacom and spoke to a consultant called tembisa dolo and she has not come back to me at all .their service has being very poor and no one at Vodacom seems to worry about the problem. please could you assist me.regards jeremie malwicki
