Have had a problem with my Vodacom upgrade since the very beginning. I have now sent several complainants to ICASA who referred me NCC. I have still not received any correspondence in this regard and really require urgent assistance as I am now being harassed by Vodacom employees on a daily basis and it is interfering with my work and personal life.
I have already been complaining about the contract which was erroneously captured by a Game employee on the 3rd of December, since I discovered the error at the end of January. I have been constantly battling with Vodacom employees as well as the Game store's management and am at wits end.
Unfortunately I cannot just abandon the contract as I require my cellphone for work purposes and no-one is able to assist me.
I am hereby pleading for assistance. A different Vodacom employee calls me daily and some of the calls are rather threatening and embarrassing. I do not think I have to deal with this anymore as I am not the one in fault. Everyday I have to explain the entire story to a different employee and then the lodge a query and and send me a reference numbe
