My husband got his cellphone on the 27 Dec 2013.We had to return the phone for out of box guarantee the 30th. Response time is 3 days. On the 6th Jan 2014 I phoned and Ruan advised the original salesman is on leave. On my request who is then to help me he rudely said he have to phone back as he is busy. He did not. I phoned again and this time, rude again he said it was approved but they do not have stock. I do expect them to phone me asap when they were advised the OBF was approved but they did not because of no stock which is their responsibility. I said I am paying for something I do not have. Due to his very rude responses I asked to speak to the manager Victor and was informed he is busy. I requested he phone me back when finished. I was rudely informed by Ruan that Victor said he will phone me as soon as they have stock. I have the right to complain about bad service to the manager yet he is setting the example for his staff. I am still waiting. Needless to say I will never again use Vodacom Greenstone Mall as they do not care about customer service after the original sale and I am still waiting for Victor to phone me. Bad service, bad attitude and bad managment.
