I upgraded to Uchoose Flexi 200 mid November. I was supposed to get R200 worth of airtime and 500MB of data. Vodacom is giving R200 worth airtime only and NO data as per our agreement. I complained about a month ago and even today my query has not been resolved. I called the cancellation department to cancel the contract as vodacom did not adhere to our agreement but to my suprise they expect me to pay cancellation fee for their up. The consultant who was helping rudely cut my call.
