Neverminded attitude

On 2nd October i went and bought 2*3kg Omo that was running on a promotion. I was supposed to get 2*1L Omo liquid with. There were no stock available. I had to get a raincheck and they said they will phone me.
On the 15th I phoned the store asking if no stock still have not arrived, i was transfered to Jason. I explained to him no one got back to me and i must get the 1L bottles. He told me there were stock and i could come fetch. Went to the branch, and guess what, Jason misunderstood me, sorry we do not have stock. You will have to come back once we do receive stock, I was informed. No way, this is not on, Jason said he will contact me the next day and arrange for someone to deliver to my house. Needless to say, this was not done.
You can not advertise specials, do not have enough stock, expect the customer to phone after the shop, be informed yes come fetch your goods, drive to mall just to be informed, sorry I misunderstood we do not have stock.
