Incorrect info and incompetent service received

I was due for upgrade. went to Game Tygervalley 25/9. I opted for the Small Small Package (75min, 200mb&200sms for R399 PM) asked the consultant Xoliwa all the questions but she did not really know much abt the product as she continued to ask her colleagues.while in the mall, Xoliswa phones me saying that she took out the wrong contract for me. we met at an entrance at the mall and I signed again. still not comfortable with the info received, I phoned the upgrade line 0821959 spoke to Sibusiso and he explained to me the package in detail and he also explained that I am eligible for the Worry Free Data where i will get an extra 200mb for 2 months. Great service there. 30 sept- phone 082111 (Sibo Stando ref 501143011) Customer Care to cancel my BIS Subscription as well as Look for me and Look for Help value added services. Out of interest i asked the agent to check my Worry Free data that will start 1 oct. He confirmed that i will not be getting the Worry Free data promotion as my monthly 200MB includes 125mb which is promotional. This was never ever explained and not even on the Brochure. Information received was misleading and confusing. Mixed messages received are bad
