I was on a contract 320 top up, with an upgrade set to happen on the 1st of Nov, I called in to cancel the contract as I found a better deal from another provider, the person whom I spoke to than offered me a deal for the S4, smart S package, @ the time there was a promotion for a 1G for the first 6 months, so besides that he promised me a service of an extra 1G for the full 24 months of my contract, I accepted. Within 2 days I received the phone... I was still on the 320 too up as my new contract only started on the 1st of Dec. I phoned customer care to find out about data charges and was advised to get a promotional data bundle, I did so around the 27th of Nov, 5G. On the 4th of Dec I noticed it was all gone, I had used 1G last time I check my balance. I phoned customer care and they said that they would get back to me within 24 hours and was promised I would get reimbursed, that was over a week ago, iv phoned many times during this week, just to hear that it is pending and they will get back to me but they never do. Besides this, I did not receive the 1G as promised as an extra added service? I am so dissapointed in vodacoms customer service, just want to cancel this contract!
