Incorrect contract implemented

I am highly annoyed with the total lack of customer services at either Vodacom Tyger Valley or Vodacom Head Office. I upgraded on 20 December 2013 to a Samsung Galaxy S4 on a Smart S package with a special offer of additional 1 Gig data. On 2 January 2014 I queried the account with Louise at Vodacom Tyger Valley as only 200MB with a special offer of additional 200MB data was installed on my contract. Louise promised to have someone from Vodacom Head Office to call me on Thursday. To date no changes have been made to my contract, nor has anybody from Vodacom called me to address this incorrect contract. This contract option is still advertised at Vodacom Tyger Valley office. The only reason why I did not cancel my Vodacom contract (loosing more than 300 anytime minutes) was due to this offer. If someone do not contact by latest Tuesday, I will take this matter to the Consumer Counsel as a case of gross misrepresentation and I will cancel the contract (within 30 day cooling-off period)
