Worst Possible Service in the Entire Universe.
I have 3 MTN Contracts, which im really concidering cancelling due to this pathetic service.
I gave in a phone for repair before the 9th of April, I call every day only to be given the same response, which, is your phone is in Midrand at the repair centre.
Sometimes when I call I have been told the call centre is not in the same place as the repair cente hense they can only escallate my query.there isn't anyone there that can help.
I Gave in the phone in at the glen, there I was told on one occasion that the phone is repaid and is awaiting QC, I went in again to see if the phone is there, Now I have been told that the phone is in crown mines and is not repaired as yet.
I Have even been told the phone might be lost, thats why its not comming back, I was even told by the staff in the Glen that I should Drive out to the Repair Center in crown mines and midrand myself and ask them if my phone is still to be repaired
I called again today 2 May I have been told that "My Query has been RE Escallated and I should wait for feedback from a team leader"
In Short Im Paying for a contract phone... which I dont have
