The girl shouldn't be working at a customer service desk when she can afford to be rude to the very customers who ensure that she gets paid at month end. She was outright rude and unhelpful, she should have stayed at home if she was going to have a bad day and take it out on customers.

I suggest she be removed from her menial position that makes her think she's above everybody and be taken through a customer service course and anger management course since she has issues that she has to deal with. Better still they can listen to the call and fire her for putting the company into disrepute.
All I wanted to know was why my airtime was deducted when I went to do sim swop earlier while I didn't use it
