Vodacom's typical South African style service

So I bought a promotional data bundle last month and realised today that it was expiring soon so decided to buy another gig of data only for the prompts to say that I have no airtime. Two days ago I had over R200 worth of airtime. I check my balance and there it is, a balance of R0.00. Vodacom did not warn me like with a normal bundle that I am being charged out of bundle. I am so cross and disgusted that all my airtime has pretty much been. I am a student and I have no money to go and replace my airtime that I need. Thanks for the rubbish service Vodacom.
