NO PAYMENT FOR A DAMAGED ITEM

Kindly be advised that in September 2012, I signed for an upgrade contract, selected Black berry 9230, with a monthly payment fee of R145. On 05 January 2014, that is after 15 months, the phone doesn't functions or switch on without any damage occurred to it. When I switch it on it doesn't switch on and when I insert a charger it shows a big battery sign with a x mark on it. My concern is that that this phone hasn't reached the 24 months period and now it can't function again, and I don't think I will be able to make a payment for something that doesn't work nor does it be useful to me. In this case I am not sure on what to do with it, or where to take it as it is under contract and if these no communication from Cell-c or any action taken, within 24 hours I will have to take this matter to ICASA to handle it and also stop the payments going into your account.
