Good day,

I upgraded my contract with Vodacom last month to a new package Uchoose Flexi 100 and I was given 1gig of data absolutely free for 24 months. I was told that I will only be moved to the new package Flexi 100 end of the month (30 November), but the 1 gig of data was loaded immediately.
As per their promise I received an SMS on the 30th of November evening stating that I've been moved to the new package Flexi 100. The following day 1st of December I used the internet (surf & downloads) and later got a notification to visit the Vodacom website only to find out that all my R100 airtime has been exhausted and my data was 0.
I called 111 customer care to figure out as to what really happed and was told that the 1 gig of data was not loaded when the switch was done the previous night. I was then given a reference number S3-T9J3Q-QQ6IR and told that it will be handed over to back office (48 hours turn around time).
Till today the issue has not been resolved, am without service and no one from Vodacom has given me a call for feedback. I have been calling 111 and 0821959 since Monday and all I got was that my case has not been assigned to a user or they are busy investigating.
