Terrible customer service from Bahle

I walked into the Telkom Rosebank store to enquire about the latest iphone 5s deal and was assisted by a rather uninterested Bahle. I had all the info on the deal including prices as I had attempted to sign-up for the deal at Eastgate. Bahle noded her head here and there whilst reading her outlook e-mails. Once she had completed this, she initiated the deal but had to stop half way through to ask someone for a link to which confirmation of my credit details... please send mail address for more.

Issues - Order phone on 18 Dec, Only receive feedback on 30 Dec, arrive at store to collect and wait 40 minutes (AVOIDABLE). Terrible attitude from on consultant (Bahle) and yet amazing service from Mpumi, another consultant in the store.
