Still no delivery

This is the second complaint. My first one was on 12 Dec regarding an upgrade and not receiving the full package. I still have not received the Samsung LED Tv. Its the new year already and I would like you to investigate as to where the TV is and whether I will still receive it. Otherwise I would like to cancel the upgrade and contract as I dont need another phone.
