TELKOM DIRECT STORE DOES NOT WANT TO HELP

I am VERY disappointed in Telkom's customer service. I bought the Unisa 3G deal from their website and after locating the Telkom Direct Store at the TTN towers, I went there to collect my sim card and was informed that the store is for employees only and not for walk in customers, even though their website states otherwise. I spent 32 minutes waiting for the incompetent receptionist to locate the number for the store and then another 15 just to find out that they are too busy to come down and sign me in, in order for them to help me. I explained to them that I just need to collect a sim card which was already paid for, and the lady specifically told me that she and her colleague was too busy to help me and that I must wait. After spending 45 minutes in reception without even setting foot in the store, I walked out. I can't cancel the sim, because then I would have to pay R800 for the cancellation.?
