This issue has been ongoing for the last 3 months, finally get to a point whereby I am convinced that a resolution has been provided, this is relative to a Data Migration deal, i was promised a credit after all the issues being double billed, incorrect Deal loaded etc.
I send an email to the Store manager and the Agent that assisted the Deal on the 19th June 2013 requesting why I have not been credited and to date no response.
How can one be a Store Manager tasked with many duties and 1 of them being, attending to Customer Complaints and you do not respond to Clients, if I had my way I would cancel all services with Nashua Mobile as the issues I have experienced have been never ending.
I would not recommend that any Customer utilize the Services of Nashua Mobile as you get to deal with the most incompetent of people.
I would love to see what excuse that is provided by Nashua Mobile Vodworld, Midrand for lack of competence.
