Application for new business contract gone wrong

8ta's coverage in my area and speeds are not bad. However, their service has been terrible from my first approach when I tried to contact them. their numbers on their site all just rang, i tried most of the numbers in JHB. Eventually i decided to stop at fourways to find out what i needed to open a new business data contract. I got my documents together and went to 8ta store in Rosebank . 28/05/2013 I spoke to a lady 'Bahle Tulumane. I filled in the contract. She told me i needed to email her a letter on letterhead (news to me) giving 8ta permission to open account and fill in another form which she will email. She took my email address and said she would email it immediately. I explained my urgency as i was cancelling my ADSL. She promised it would take 72hrs to activate as she would process it immediately. Got back to the office- no email, tried calling them, no answer..same everyday. Friday i get an email from Bahle. I reply with letter attached and asked her for the form? Still to date 05/06/2013. no reply, no form!! get my driver to drive there and call me when infont of bahle. SHe is on leave, spoke to gentleman there was to call me back, NO CALL. Frustrated!!
