I'm a brand new client with 8ta/telkom mobile on 19 July 2013 i went in store to apply forthe 10 plus 10 gig contract deal on my arrival the sales consultant told meof aninstore special where you could get 15 plus 15 gigs of data plus a modem for R.279.00 per month and seen that this was the better deal i took it. I Recieved a bill in the mail stating that i will be charged R.399 for my data deal plus some extras bringing the bill to 425. After phoning the call center that was as help full as a flat spare tire i went to the store as instructed i received my reference number for a call logged but nothing happened until i had to phone the 081180 number and my issue after 3 phone calls still has not been dealt with! I am furious as i expected more from telkom. Not too mention that the modem is faulty and that logged issue has not been dealt with either! Come on how hard can it be!
