Disappointed/Furious Loyal Mtn Custome

I took My Samsung S4 in for battery repair at the Mtn store Kim Park 11-Kimberley, I upgraded my conract on the 23 June 2013, the phone is not even a year old already I am experiencing problems to make matters worse the consultant had an attitude. When assisting me she said that the phone has to be taken in for repairs& I will have to pay a certain amount for them to replace the battery bcoz my warranty date has expired, which she couldn't give the specific amount. I than asked how long will this process take, she said it will take about 3-4 weeks, I asked for a loan phone bcoz I do not have any other phone to use in the meantime, she told me they do not have any & I shud not complain bcoz I am not even paying alot for my contract that statement made me very angry& she kept saying she will sms to let me know when can I come collect my phone & I told t her from the begging that I dnt have a phone. This is really an inconviniece for me because I use my phone on a daily basis for work and business purpose, than she said what do I expect her to do if I want to complain I must call 808.Every month when money is deducted 4rm my acc there is no problems but y shud I get this kind of services.
