I got my Samsung Galaxy S4 in May 2013, had no problems with the phone until now. I got the phone on contract with 8ta :( now I realize that that was a BIG/HUGE/ENORMOUS MISTAKE. The battery of the phone does not even last a half day. I need this phone for work purpose and cannot struggle the way that I do now. I went to VODACOM to buy a extra battery for the phone that is when one of the VODACOM guys informed me that there was a batch of S$'s with faulty batteries, I reckoned why buy a new one if my phone is still under warranty. I went straight to 8ta in menlyn mall and that's when I started to BOIL, I explained the situation and the two guys behind the counter was like "eish" what now, staring at me for 10seconds they saw a light bulb and realized "OH you can book the phone in for THREE WEEKS"... Now that is not going to happen. This for after sales service if can even call it that. So now I request this battery to be replaced or the phone. I am not sending in my phone if you expect that from me then I expect a NEW phone from you. THREE weeks without a phone and then it comes back worse??? I don't think so. I wonder if you are even going to reply on this.
