I am disgusted by the poor service, bad attitude and general lack of care to customers when I was signed up for an incorrect contract at MTN Canal walk, my number was blocked two days after it was issued and now am being charged more than what was agreed. I took the time to go back and correct this as there is no number to call the store, I assume this is due to the general lack of service and numerous complaints they avoid any listing of contacts. I was treated poorly when I went to correct the situation at the store and was told it would take 5 working days. It is more than two weeks later and I called the call centre and nothing has been actioned as they are waiting for MTN Canal Walk to submit documentation. I am furious that I am expected to go into the store again for the third time to get what was MTNs error corrected. This is unacceptable and disgusting.
