My phone would not switch off. Went to Samsung Smart Care Centre in Constantia office park on 27 September 2013. Consultant assessed phone and decided that a new battery might solve the problem. Paid R400 for battery, Problem persisted so I returned to SSCC to hand in my phone repairs. Zeldean said that they would let me know of the progress. After a week I emailed her to find out the progress and was told that the parts were on order. I then received an invoice for R912 but was told to disregard it as my phone was under warranty as long as I gave them a copy of my contract with Autopage Cellular which I did. I was contacted to collect my phone. On 18 November I collected my phone only to be told that I must pay the R912 as my phone was built in April and not May 2012 . After disputing this I paid and left. To make matters worse the job card shows that they replaced the sub and battery even though I had purchased a new battery just prior to booking the phone in.
