I have a contract with Real People cellular for about a year now, in November this year my cell phone started giving me problems and I called them to reported the matter, they sent UTI courier to come and collect the phone, they told me my phone will take 3 to 4 weeks to repair, its been almost five weeks now and they're not returning my phone, I keep calling them asking when will I receive my phone and no one seems to know, when I call they tell the phone is with the couriers and the will call to arrange delivery. since today the courier never called and I called back on Tuesday the 17th December they told me UTI called me and I never answered and honestly I never received a call from them. why must I pay for a cell phone that I am not using? another thing they told me my phone is got a battery problem and I must buy a battery cause the battery has a 4months warranty and I don't have that in writing. I took this contract over the phone and I don't have a copy of contract. and I don't remember the consultant telling me about battery warranty. PLEASE ASSIST
