After asking for a cover/pouch for an HTC One SV, the clerk sold me an incorrect cover/pouch (HTC One M7).
After the transaction I was told they don't do refunds and they don't have stock of the my specific phone.
I was told by the branch manager that they'll phone me the following working day to confirm when stock will arrive.
It's already been a couple of days with no word from them.
