Dear sir/Madam
I as a very reliant customer of Pepkor is dissatisfied about prices displayed on the shelf of one of your stores in kuruman mall (NC)
The item (curtain hooks) has three (3) different prices displayed on the same items on the shelf hence i am instructed that the real normal price is the one highest.
That brings confusion to me as your reliable customer.
On top of that for manager who was in vicinity by them indicated that the manager is unavailable together with the supervisor while cashiers pointed that the person saying manager is absent is the manager herself. I hope managers and their assistants were trained on customer service management but it seem not.
Hope fair and honest dealings may be exercised for customers like me to enjoy their benefits/rights with ease while shopping at all the stores.
I fully need to continue using Pepkor trading to my family and friends in future.
