I upgraded my contract with a new smartphone and I am having continuous problems with signal lately. I feel that I should have been informed BEFORE signing a new contract that this is going to be a problem so that I could decide to go to a different service provider. I also took out a new 3 g contract with notebook and I'm having problems with signal on that too! Overall I'm paying in excess of R600 to a service provider who can't provide service. I went into the store at the waterfall mall branch and the sales staff can't offer any advice or solutions - they said I should contact their head office! Which I did not as I feel that they should be qualified enough to advise me.
