CALL CENTRE AGENT HANGS UP ON MY CALL

I phoned Nashua Mobile on 06 January 2013 @ 13h02 to find out when my upgrade is due. I was helped with this, with no problems. I then asked the lady if I upgrade on the same package, but do not take a handset, what vouchers (Gift Cards) I would receive. She transferred me to the sales department, where a lady called Ntombi told me she has to transfer me to the upgrades department.

I then got transferred to the upgrades department, and spoke to Martha. She said she needs to authenticate my account, and I told her that I have already done so, and I just want to enquire about the value of a voucher if I do not take a handset. She told me that my contract is not yet due for upgrade, so she cannot tell me. I asked her if my contract supposedly ended today, what the voucher would be like, at this point in time. She just hang the call up.
