I got a new Samsung galaxy s4 mini on Saterday morning. Due to the fact that the phone use a micro sim,
I had to do a sim swap. They said that the sim would be activated in /- 3 hours. The lady at the shop put the sim in the phone and I had to sign and say that I was happy with the phone although not yet connected.

On Sunday the sim was still not activated. I went back to the shop to find out what the problem was. The lady said that she will fax the form for activation. I asked her but why does the phone say no sim when there is a sim in the phone. Her reply was that it is because the sim is not active.
She took the phone to one of the vodacom technical people and he confirm that there was something wrong with the phone. I ask the manager what now? Her reply was that I must wait because she must send the phone to be fixed. I told her but why dont you give me e new phone... her reply was that she can't. I told her that is unfair as the phone was not even being used. Her reply was that I must phone Vodacom and tell them that they a selling "". Have not heard anything yet about the phone. When I phoned 2 hours ago she said that she will come to me... still nothing
