Not happy what they did

I took out a contract with vodacom last year november. after receiving the phone i realise that it was the wrong phone they delivered, i've contacted them immediately to notify them its the wrong phone. they told me that they will come get it from me at work, i have travelled with the phone everyday by train and being december i was worrid.. i phoned them almost everyday to ask when eill they get it.. 2days before christmas i told them that they must activate the phone for they taking to long. after the third bill i realise that im been charged to much, i called them again and told them that my bill is 2 high 4 a top up, the than told me that it is a open contract and i told them that i have the wrong phone 4 that contract, they than phoned me back a few days later and told me they will collect the phoen and pay me back my money, after 2months their was no sign off them, my phone got and i went to block it, the third month they eventually arrived.
they have now put me on the blacklist but i have been waiting 4 them 4 so long... 1st it was the wrong phone, than ive learned is the wrong contract, than no one come, and now ive learned they blacklisted me
not happy at all.
