Having been with vodacom for many years on pay as you go, I finally decided to get a contract, and this way get a new phone. Samsung pocket. Since November 2012 I am still waiting to use the phone effeciently. I have stood in the long cues at the vodacom repairs 5 times. I have had to top up on my airtime due to my phone calls to vodacom repairs. Each time I bring the accessories to the shop, I get told they don't need them, on my 2nd last call to find out where my phone is, I get told they are waiting for the accessories. After dropping them, I am told to phone (again for my account) Tuesday. Then I get told again to phone Friday. Where is the end to this, and when can I actually use an operational phone???
