No help on Dead line

I reported a fault at Telkom on 05/12/13 and I have done more than 50 inquiries on the problem and ether get transferred and then the line gets doped or give my reference (12CTK051213) and then they drop the line, the call has been escalated numerous times (563436) and was told that someone will get back to me and let me know what is going on but it never happens!

About a week after the problem was reported there was new cables laid on the ground that has now 3 weeks later been over groan with grass, and the grass needs to be maintained but if i do so i will damage the (new) cables, but i can still not get someone to give me a answer and as I am typing this message I am ether on hold with someone or being transferred between people that are giving me less and less information and just now I have spent more than 90 minutes on the phone to no avail.

All I want is someone to tell me what is going on?

The complaint line for Telkom is also not working I have tried numerous times to see if they can help but the number is not in service!
