My Name is Maggie Govender, my land line number 031 4002601, on 23 November 2012 my land line was not working, i phone telkom and reported the fault, i was told that they will send a technician over, the next day it was not working, i phone telkom again and was the told that the cables was and they busy working it, but still not working, i phone in every day i was given the same reply, in January i was told that they not replacing the cables, but still i had no notification in writing that the cables not going to be replaced, i have made numerous call to telkom faults and was told the same thing that the cables not going to be replaced, i must apply for the wire less phone, and i can keep the same number, on 3 February 2013 i went to telkom in Pine Crescent in Pinetown to apply for wire less, i did the application and was told they notify me to pick my phone, but nothing as happened, i went to telkom ON the 27 Feburary 2013, and still cannot give a answer, and also charge for reconnection fees of R172.00 for the service that is not even working.
