Shocking service for Bussiness adsl from telkom

My company has a support ADSL line 011-205-0006 that has been non operation since Friday last week this was reported numerous times with Telkom from Monday the 28th (ref 551224225 and 1211crk280113). Up to today absolutely nothing has been done this is a main support line for about 20 000 clients. Numerous times I have spoken to call centre agents and one another gives me some excuse, MWEB has tested also and confirmed that it is a Telkom line problem. It also has been escalated with a supervisor called Deon yesterday the 29th. I phoned today and the line is still faulty and not been fixed, to my surprise it was also not escalated yesterday. This is shocking service from TELKOM .FYI my line is still not working, please get my line working.
