My BIS is paid but not working

Hi had a problem with vodacom.on the day my BIS expired on the 24/012/13 but i paid it and now its actived till the 22/01/14.i went to the call centre and called in everyday but still not working.they sent me a message after i called them.they gave me 500mb to use on the internet but i cant get on it too. they said they will call me and fix it, but i think they dont know what they are doing.there a message thats says THE SERVICE PLAN FOR YOUR BLACKBERRY DEVICE DOES NOT SUPPORT THIS APPLICATION.PLEASE CONTACT YOUR YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION OR UPDATE YOUR SERVICE PLAN. I get so off for vodacom everytime i call i sound like a parrot.
