What does it take to talk to someone in management at Vodacom as it does not seem like anyone knows what they are doing there! Staff that they hire only know parrot fashion service for customers and cannot seem to think for themselves. After communication with several people at Vodacom with regards to my Blackberry story, nobody can help except give me the same "parrot learnt" answer. Can a manager at Vodacom give me a call to resolve all my problems! Surely such a big company can afford to get more competent staff and actually give their customers better service!
