Even while being in joburg I get a roaming signal on my CellC number and absolutely no connectivity at my home. I visited a store (morning glen) and was advised that I should contact tech support. When I did that I was told sorry we cannot help something must be wrong with your phone. Absolutely rubbish service from the so called best network in South Africa. A lot of my colleagues are facing the same issue. We are seriously contemplating moving to vodka com.
