VODACOM 3G IS SHOCKING!!!

I have a vodacom Top up contract which i cannot wait to terminate. Vodacom 3g on the phone (Blackberry 9320) is disgusting to say the least. I dont know if this is a way for Vodacom to limit the dowloads or what?? My contract gets topped up on the 1st of every month then the internet speed is working 100% with download speeds of up to 169 kb p/s but once its the middle of the month or the airtime that i was topped up with is exhausted then suddenly the speed decreases and my downloads are at 10.5 kb/s which is unbearable irrespective of where i am in the country. I called the call centre more than once to address this and nobody seems to know whats the problem is instead im being told that the amount of airtime i have doesnt determine my internet speed (wHICH IM WELL AWARE OF, IM NOT STUPID). The agents dont even want to log a call and escalate this to somedody who can take time and look into this. Im binded onto a 24 month contract which means i will be stuck with this nonsense until the contract comes to an end. Its disappointing that such a big service provider can provide such service!!! Ive had no joy with this contract since day one, its ridiculous!!!
