Incorrect billing AGAIN!!!

Hi

I took out a vodacom contract through autopaige forsburg in johannesburg almost a year ago, However within the 1st couple months my bill was more for what was agreed i queried it at forsdburg autopaige and they phoned to sort it out, However the past 2 months i have been overcharged AGAIN and autopaige fordsburg phoned for me and whoever they spoke to said that i was on a contract which only offers 75 minutes however i am on a contract where i get 115 anytime minutes and autopaige informed them but i still get at a bill higher and is deducted off my debit order. Autopaige fordsburg tried and was very helpful but the problem is from headoffice yet again.

i also have signal problems with vodacom where i live and the other service providers in the same area and same household are perfect. I am a very dissatisfied customer and if service like this is going to carry on i rather pay a slightly higher price from the competitors and make that change

please can somebody assist me ASAP
