On 11/11/2013 i got a sms stating my bill for nov is at R4050 i rarerly use this contract and three to four months a go had a similar problem and then i requested that this bill should be blocked on R200 for the one contract obviously it did not happen and vodacom does not want to change the contract to a top up.well i will be sending back all debit orders and i do not want to continue with vodacom because they did not do anything that i requested.and please do not ask to speak to a manager in the call centre because they are always busy and you can only be helped if you pay the itemized billing of R22.50 just another
way to get even more money out of the customer this is totally unacceptable
