I was due for an upgrade and accepted the nokia 820 reducing my contract from 100 minutes anytime to 75 minutes anytime from R349 pm to R298 pm and vodacom still continues to debit me with the initial amount. To further add to the problem, vodacom billed me for the data bundle that was available to me and reduced my data usage accordingly. I queried this on several occasion but to no avail. Vodacom have confirmed this by a few sms's that the problem will be rectified and i am sill awaiting feedback. I am deeply appalled by the service i received from vodacom.
