BLACKBERRY BOLD UNDER WARRANTY - NOT REPAIRED

After I handed in a Blackberry Bold for repairs at Autopage Tygervalley on 29 July 2013 I received a call today (4 September 2013) to inform me that the cellphone can not be repaired and I can come and collect the phone, as is, from the branch. The manager of the Tygervalley branch gave me a short explanation that she received a report from their repair center to say that the phone had water damage.
I informed the branch manager that I had in fact taken the cellphone to an independent technician who informed me that the processor on the phone was faulty and since the phone was still under warranty I should take it to the service provider to have it replaced. The only response I received from the branch manager is that she is not a technician and can't comment. I also told the manager that the phone was not near any water and that the water damage explanation is unacceptable. I then got excuse bot the phone can pick up water damage if the phone is in the kitchen and you are preparing food, or maybe the phone was in the bathroom when you were in shower. I seems that Autopage has this standard excuse ready, since it is known that the Blackberry Bold has numerous hardware problems.
